Constructed
wetlands for wastewater treatment
The
Blumberg Engineers represent a consortium of bureaus from Germany and
Europe. Our group has extensive experiences in the successful
application of waste water and water treatment systems, having
completed over 350 large and small scale projects world-wide, including
industrial projects across several sectors over the last 20
years.
The reed bed treatment
system
provides a low-cost
and low maintenance biological treatment
of domestic or
industrial wastewater by filtration,
bacterial metabolism,
precipitation and plant absorption.
Together
with our European and world wide partners, we have a growing
international network of contacts and partners offering individual
solutions of Close To Nature Technology (e.g. reed bed treatment
systems) as well as High-Tech Solutions (e.g. SBR) for water treatment,
wastewater treatment and reuse. Our tight collaboration with
universities guarantees the integration of the latest scientific
developments into our projects. We are constantly searching for
reliable partners devoloping new fields of work all over the world.
